Loadmaster Dumpster Rental Service Agreement

This Dumpster Rental Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Loadmaster Dumpster Rentals, LLC (“Company”) and the undersigned customer (“Customer”), collectively referred to as the “Parties.” By renting a dumpster from the Company, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Care, Custody, and Control of Equipment

1.1. The Customer acknowledges that they assume full care, custody, and control of the dumpster and its contents while on their property.
1.2. The Customer warrants that the location and access route provided for the dumpster are sufficient to support the weight of the equipment and any associated vehicles.
1.3. The Company shall not be liable for damage to pavement, roads, driveways, sub-surfaces, lawns, fences, mailboxes, or shrubbery caused during the performance of services. The Customer assumes all liability for such damages.

2. Permitted and Prohibited Materials

2.1. The Customer may dispose of waste materials only. No hazardous materials or substances are permitted.
2.2. The following items are expressly prohibited:

• Liquids of any kind

• Dirt, concrete, or rubble

• Electronics, including computers, televisions, and monitors

• Major appliances

• Tires

• Propane or fuel tanks

• Batteries
  2.3. Paint may be disposed of if it adheres to the guidelines outlined in the “What Can and Cannot Be Disposed Of” list provided by the Company.

2.4. Any disposal of prohibited items will result in an additional fee of $150 per occurrence.

3. Rental Services and Fees

3.1. The rental includes:

• One (1) dumpster drop-off

• One (1) pick-up

• One (1) waste disposal

3.2. The Customer acknowledges that a 14-yard dumpster rental includes a weight limit of 2,000 pounds (1 ton).

• Any weight exceeding the limit will incur additional fees of $49 per ton.

• A $50 fee will apply for any loads requiring the driver to redistribute materials due to improper loading above the fill line.

4. Rental Period

4.1. The standard rental period is seven (7) days, with an option to extend the rental for a daily fee.
4.2. The total rental period may not exceed fourteen (14) days.
4.3. After fourteen (14) days, the dumpster will be removed, emptied, and, if required, a new rental cycle may begin.

5. Loading Requirements

5.1. The dumpster must not be filled above the designated “water level line” or top rail.
5.2. If the load exceeds the fill line and prevents safe transportation or covering of the dumpster, the Customer will incur a $150 fee.

6. Indemnification and Assumption of Liability

6.1. The Customer assumes all liabilities arising from the use of the dumpster, including any damages to property or third parties.
6.2. The Company is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from the misuse or improper loading of the dumpster.
